Designed for the production of three-piece welded general line and food cans, combining operations such as flanging, necking, beading, and seaming.
Modular system designed for the production of irregular and rectangular tin cans, including open-top and two-side seamed formats, as well as straight and conical shapes. Additional customized operations can be integrated upon request.
Irregular End Making Line
Integrated production line including a strip feed press, curling and lining machine, compound drying vertical oven, vision control system and stacker for efficient production of rectangular and other non-round can ends.
Compound Lining and Drying Line
The sealing compound is automatically applied to can ends, rings, or lids through a precision nozzle system and then dried in a vertical pocket-type oven.
